I called Budget to schedule a service call to repair two non-working outlets. I switched to Face Time to help explain the problem and as a result Mark guided me to locate a third outlet in a different area that had a reset button that controlled the other two outlets. This corrected my problem without a service call and at no charge. I was most impressed and grateful.
